Strong carbon fiber reinforced shaft and wide, 14 cm basket ensure enjoyable skiing even in difficult deep snow conditions. Metsä poles have an open loop strap suitable for use and a warm Eva handle.

Classic poles should reach your shoulder line, slightly below the shoulder.
As a guideline, multiply your height by 0.85.

Skate poles should reach nose level, with the grip height above the shoulder line.
As a guideline, multiply your height by 0.9.
